Der Schauspielunterricht für Führungskräfte ist ein einzigartiger Kurs, der Führungskräften dabei hilft, ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern. Durch theaterbasierte Methoden und Schauspieltechniken lernen die Teilnehmer, Präsenz zu entwickeln, authentisch zu kommunizieren und ihre nonverbale Kommunikation zu stärken. Dieser Kurs bietet praxisnahe Übungen, um Führungskräften zu helfen, ihre Führungsqualitäten zu verfeinern, Empathie aufzubauen und ihre Überzeugungskraft zu steigern. Es bietet eine innovative Möglichkeit, Soft Skills zu entwickeln, die für eine effektive Führung und Zusammenarbeit in beruflichen Umgebungen entscheidend sind.
Im Schauspielunterricht für Führungskräfte werden verschiedene Inhalte vermittelt, die darauf abzielen, die Führungsqualitäten durch Schauspieltechniken zu verbessern. Hier sind einige der Hauptinhalte:
1. Präsenz und Körperausdruck: Entwicklung von Körperbewusstsein und Präsenz, um eine überzeugende und wirkungsvolle Ausstrahlung zu erzielen.

Starting with different exercises of centering, breathing, being, being together, moving, experiencing and perceiving, traveling inside ones self, traveling through space together with others, warming up the voice and body through work developed from the physical vocabulary of each individual, the workshop will focus on creating different materials from which a devised performance, or performance art piece can be created.

The participants will together pass the process of creating physical scores, and vocal sound-scapes that will be later edited or montaged into scenes.
The participants will work on themes that deeply move them and affect them, articulating them into artistic expression, both in solo etudes and ansamble work, in the same time developing self-awareness and defining their role and place as artists in this world and in the 21 st century.
Expect dedication, commitment and also a lot of laughter and joy, and moments of deep connection and contemplation.
Based on techniques of Eastern European laboratory
theatre, and the 20th Century masters of contemporary theatre and dance, different martial art techniques, and also unique theatre/dance techniques developed by Sanja Krsmanovic Tasic after more than 30 years of dedicated work in the realm of performing art and dance.
She believes that work in the realm of performing arts is a part of cleansing and “ecology of the soul”, as she calls her original methodology.

Sanja Krsmanovic Tasic is a performing artist, theatre director, choreographer, dance and drama teacher. The founder and artistic director of the Hleb Teatar, and Artistic Utopia Association. Formerly an actress and core member of the DAH Theatre and program director of educational projects of the DAH Theatre Research Centre (1993-2014). Works as a drama and dance /movement teacher since 1984. Part of her pedagogical work is dedicated to creating art with professional artists, dancers, drama teachers, vulnerable youth as well as with disabled dancers and actors, both young and old. She is the author and producer of numerous programs and projects both educational and artistic. Leads drama and dance workshops in Serbia and abroad (Europe, USA, UK, New Zealand, Mongolia, Cuba). She is the President of CEDEUM (Centre for Drama in Education and Art) and program board member of BITEF Polyphony Festival (www.bitef.rs) in Belgrade, and also one of the Elected officers of IDEA, (International Theatre/Drama and Education Association).
As an author, she has been developing new forms of performance: “theatrical essays” with variation of “essays in movement”. For the last two years she has been the selector of INFANT Festival (International Festival od New and Alternative Theatre, www.infant.rs) in Novi Sad, Serbia
